During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the cleanliness of the room. However, considering the high standards of the hotel, this was a very minimal concern, especially for most travelers who wouldn't notice it.

I had an excellent stay for one week at this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful, making my experience even better. The hotel itself was clean and the facilities looked new. The double-room I stayed in was spacious and had a high ceiling, which gave a great sense of space. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the theme park, and there is a special entrance for hotel residents. The pool was a good size and never overcrowded, with lifeguards on duty from 10 am to 9 pm. I also appreciated the fact that the price of the hotel included park access, allowing me to come and go as I pleased. The reception staff were amazing and provided excellent service, including printing a replacement key card within 2 minutes when I lost mine.
